Engineering students protest fee hike : Nearly 6,500 students of an engineering college in Vasai boycotted classes and locked the campus gates to protest against a fee hike on Monday. We will not accept this,” said a first-year student of mechanical engineering. The college, he claimed, had not given any explanation for increasing the fees.
